Max Marcus Pte Ltd is a local, canteen-style eatery specialising in customizable prawn noodles, alongside Singaporean favourites like fried carrot cake and fried kway teow. What makes us different is the choice we give you: pair traditional proteins — pork ribs, pig’s tail, intestine or prawns — with five types of noodles, in soup or dry, and finish with our premium XXL big prawns. Our broth is simmered for hours for that deep, sweet, old-school flavour, and every bowl is cooked to order.
